• For music content upload requests, please proceed to the Music Creator Application Instructions.
• Your YouTube channel and video content must be set to public, and "Allow embedding" must be turned on.

2. Confirm that you fully understand the following,

• MixerBox Freecable TV is a simple search engine of videos available from a wide variety of websites.
• MixerBox Freecable TV does not host any content on its servers or network. It uses YouTube’s public API and therefore does not have any control over YouTube videos in the app.
• YouTube videos are provided by the public third-party media service YouTube, and all trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
• MixerBox will embed your content in the search results,
• MixerBox Freecable TV fully complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Please refer to YouTube’s Embed videos & playlists.
• - With regards to traffic volume and exposure, please refer to YouTube's Understand your video reach.
• For podcast content, please refer to Podcast Programs in MixerBox OnePlayer.

3. Confirm that your content complies with the legal guidelines and public morality

• As a content creator, you must ensure your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or the rights of other interest groups.
• MixerBox Freecable TV reserves the right not to display or recommend videos with inappropriate content. (e.g. gambling, violence, hatred, firearms, pornography, etc.)
