Freecable TV, a video and news integration platform under MixerBox, is a search engine for video and news content. We hope to make it easier for users to find high-quality content and give content creators the opportunity to have their channel gain exposure.

1. Confirm that you fully understand the following,

• Freecable TV is a simple search engine of videos available from a wide variety of websites.
• Freecable TV does not host any content on its servers or network.
• External links to videos are public videos on various content creators’ official websites.
• YouTube videos are provided by the public third-party media service YouTube, and all trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. 
• MixerBox will embed your YouTube content in the search results.

- Freecable TV fully complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Please refer to YouTube’s "Embed videos & playlists". 

- With regards to traffic volume and exposure, please refer to YouTube's instructions on "Understand your video reach".

- For podcast content, please refer to Podcast Programs in MixerBox Player.

2. Confirm that your content complies with the legal guidelines and public morality.

• As a content creator, you must ensure your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or the rights of other interest groups.
• Freecable TV reserves the right not to display, recommend, or use videos with inappropriate content. (e.g. gambling, violence, hatred, firearms, pornography, etc.)

3. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee that your content will get recommended. MixerBox reserves the right to make the final decision on all content put out.
